MS SQL Server ODBC - All drivers in ODBC MMC console are missing

All drivers in ODBC MMC console are missing

When I open up the ODBC MMC console on this Win XP computer and click on the
Drivers tab, there is not a single driver listed in the tab.

I then tried to install latest MDAC and confirmed through Component Checker
utility that SQL related drivers are installed in the computer, but yet these
drivers dont appear in the ODBC MMC console. I've even tried to reinstall Jet
4.0 for Win XP but have the same result.

Any idea how do I get back the list in the Drivers tab of ODBC MMC console?
