MS SQL Server ODBC - ODBC Error on new SBS server

I posted this question in the SBS newsgroup as well.

I have two internal client machines who connect to an external SQL server.
Both were working fine on our old NT 4.0 domain but now that we have updated
to SBS 2003 with ISA 2000, the two internal clients (XP SP2) are having
errors with the connections. both seem to test out ok through the DSN setup
and connect okay, but will drop off the connection a random points. It could
be anywhere from 1 to 10 minutes.

Any ideas

By the way these are the errors I get:

ODBC--Call Failed

Error. Check your network documentation. (#11)

AND
