table fields from Visio to DB

Dear all,
My cuestion is about how i can obtain la definition of a table that i did in
Visio 2003, with the flow of Relation/Entity into a table inside my SQL
server, when i use the wizard to transformer this information i only see the
atributs insted of the fields name like Cod int, Descrip Char,.......etc.
¿Can Someone help me?
