Hi,

We are migratting SQL Server 7 to SQL Server 2005. The VB6 program runs fine
to access the new database. But when we try to look at the data or edit
database scheme through Visual Studio 6 environment, it gives us the
following error:

You have connected to a version of SQL Server later than SQL Server 2000.

Don't know how to solve this error. Is this the Microsoft design issue? We
need to know whether this will cause any problem for our VB6 program.

Also, we use ProtoView in the program? Anyone familar with it's
compatibility with SQL Server 2005 will be appreciated.

Thanks.
