In case not everyone read Angel's post in the benchmark thread, please check
out the new JDBC driver from Microsoft SQL Server that's now in beta.

Suggestions and bugs can be filed online at the MSDN Product Feedback
Center, and we the product dev team will be monitoring this alias.
