ACCESS 2003 query size high problem help

How can I adjust the vertical size of query and save it?
In older versions of Access XP, it is enough to make position height by
mouse-drag and save.
When I reopen the , height changes remain saved.
In Access 2003, the changes won't remain as saved. When reopened, it returns
to autosize height...which is small.
