Hi,
Is there an Upgrade path from SQl server 2000 Standard edition to
Enterprise edition? DO we just have to uninstall and do a reinstall?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks
GG

In Books Online under Installing SQL Server --> Overview of Installing
SQL Server 2000 --> Upgrading an Existing Installation of SQL Server,
you that you can upgrade without first uninstalling.

What this section does not discuss is service packs. I would play it safe
and reapply service pack 3a, assuming that this is your current level.
(SP4 is out, but there is an issue with it, see
http://www.microsoft.com/sql/downloads/2000/sp4.mspx.)
