The error message appears clear enough:

18:36:53 An error occurred while creating one or more registry entries.
Please see D:\WINDOWS\\\sqlstp.log for details. The problem could be
caused by a low registry quota condition.

Unfortunately, I don't know you do about to increase the registry quota.
I would guess that if you have admin rights on your machine, there are
no registry quotas for you. But that is really a Windows question, and
Windows is definitely not my area of expertise.
