Operating System version: Windows 2000 Server
SQL Server version: 2000
Clustered

Errors in System log is as follows:

Source: ClusSVC
Category: 2048
Event ID: 1145

Source: ClusSVC
Category: Services
Event ID: 1069

When trying to start the services through cluster manager it goes into
Online Pending then later on goes to Failed state.

I searched for information, but could not find anything close enough. I
would appreciate if there is any help around this.
