Author Warning Event ID 1137 on cluster

We have a SQL 2000 SP 3a Active/Active Cluster running on Win2K3 SP1 servers.
Servers are big iron - plenty of memory, processors, GB Network, etc.

Every once in a while (usually 3 or 4 times a day), I will see a rash of
Source: ClusSvc
Category: Event Logger
Type: Warning
Event ID: 1137
The EventLog replication quue System Event Replication Output Queue is full.
1 event(s) was(were) discarded for a total size of xxxxxx.

I have watched the nodes and neither one is even remotely coming close to
straining any resources. KB does not have much help and other sources do not
have much either. I can turn it off, but I would rather find out why it is
doing it. Any ideas or comments would be appreciated.

Check this kb article

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/283078/en-us

It's refer to Windows 2000 but could be applyble to Windows 2003 too.
