Second posting....

Hello...

Running SQL Mobile on the client/device and SQL 2005 server.

We have multiple publications set up for specific customers (base on a
customer id).

When some of the subscribers attempt to sync, we get the following error
message on the server:
Error messages:
The Merge Agent was unable to start the SQL Server Agent job to generate the
partitioned snapshot for this subscription. Verify that the SQL Server Agent
service is running at the Distributor. (Source: MSSQL_REPL, Error number:
MSSQL_REPL-2147199433)
Get help: http://help/MSSQL_REPL-2147199433
Failed to get partition id information. (Source: MSSQLServer, Error number:
20629)
Get help: http://help/20629

Neither of the "Get help" links work...or provide any help.

The odd thing is that some of subscribers can sync fine....

If I delete and recreate the publication...this normally fixes the problem.

thanks for any help.
