HI all,

I am trying to isolate a particular propblem with our server. We are trying
to see if MSDE is somehow involved in the problem in someway or other.. My
question would stopping the service be sufficient to rule out MSDE or do I
have to remove the service completeley

Thanks

Robert

stopping the service will actually shut down SQL Server... you do not have
to unistall MSDE..
