Author How can I copy a database diagram from one db to another

The tables I need for the diagram have all been transferred using dts, Now I
need a copy of the diagram using these tables in the new db, There are
qwuite a few annotations in it that I don't want to have to ewrite.

Thanks,but the origin db is on one server and the target db is on another
server first one is defined in my enterprise mgr by its ip address, second
one by its name (Max). and I'm working on a third in my E mgr. I got each
server in a different server group in my E mgr.

Tried it but getting an error.
Be grateful if you could help a bit more
