Hello,
my sql instance stopped working! I was able to save all the mdf and ldf
files, but have no idea where the dts are. Please any help will do!!!

Please also restore the MSDB system database, that is where DTS Packages are

The DTS packages are stored in the MSDB database. You can recover it by
restoring the MSDB database. For more details click the link below on how to
restore it.
