DTS Designer Error

| Cannot start Dts designer. Every time I try to create a new package I get
this message: Error in dll with the caption DTS Designer Error:
CoCreateInstance. I am running SQL 7.0 SP4 with post security rollup.
(Version 7.00.1094) Running on Windows 2000 Server, SP4 and all additional
updates to date. I cannot resolve this problem, there are no system or SQL
logs showing this error. Any Idea, please help.

| Reinstall/repair SQL cleint tools off your install CD.

| I am getting an error very close to this one and we have reinstalled/repaired
and it did not help any other ideas?
