Dynamic Properties and INI file

I'm using Dynamic Properties in a DTS package. The Dynamic Properties is
pulling it's information from an INI file. It appears that if I put more
then 15 KEYS in a SECTION that it will not find any key past the 15th key.

My "assumption" is that you can not have more then 15 KEYS in a SECTION in
an INI file or at least in an INI file that a DTS Package is pulling from
Dynamic Properties.

Can someone confirm this to be true or false for me so I know if I'm
possible doing somehthing else wrong? If it's not true can someone tell me
another possiblity as to why it might not be able to see anything past the
15th key???
