Author DTS Scheduled Job Failing

Ive got a scheduled DTS Job.

Its been working fine up until a few days ago where the Scheduled job for
the DTS dosent start. Checked for the obvious the job is enabled, no
failures reported. It just doesn't start.

Ive looked SQLAGENT.OUT file and found this entry around the scheduled times

SQLServer Error: 229, UPDATE permission denied on object 'sysjobschedules',
database 'msdb', owner 'dbo'. [SQLSTATE 42000] (SaveAllSchedules)

What Does this mean and how can I resolve it?
