Author Permissions needed when using dtsrun on remote server

I'm working on a solution for some of our customers. Some special users
might want to trigger dts packages that updates datawarehouses and OLAP
cubes. (Typically one or two named users in the Financial department at at
company.)

Right now I have a solution that works locally for my user account. And off
course I have all permissions needed to run the scripts and dts packages, so
I know I'll run into problems when giving this to other users...

I need to know what permissions a user needs to:

- stop and start a service on a specific remote server
- start a specific DTS package on a specific remote server (not always the
same as the one with the services)
- run a stored procedure, except using Grant or giving the user database
owner rights.

All help appreciated!
