Data Drive Subscription attachment problem - URGENT

Hi All,

Many months ago I set up a data driven subscription which sends an excel
attachment to our users. Our users in turn forward the attachment to the
client.
The problem is two weeks ago one of the clients claim they can no longer
open the Excel attachment with the following error when trying to open the
attachment.

Can't create file xxxx.xls Right-Click the folder you want to create the
file in and then click Properties in the shortcut menu to check the
permissions of the folder
**************

When we export the file manually and send the attachment (not using data
driven subscription) the client can apparently open the file.
Does anyone know what the problem may be. The client swears there are no
problems on their side and swear that they have tried to open the attachment
on a completely different machine and got the same errors.
Apparently the client is running Excel 2002 SP3 - we are running RS 2003
with SP1

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.
