SPS 2003
Server : Windows 2003
SQL Server 2000 SP3a

Account : Local Administrator

I can open from IE / File /Open / Open as web folder /
http://portal/Document Library/Forms

But still when I execute RPDataExtraction.exe I get below errors..;
