| Analysis manager server with more then 1 database and for each database with
more than 1 cube. now i need to migrate to another server, questions:
1. can i migrate one database at one time, not all dbs in the server?
2. can i migrate one cube in a database at one time, not all cubes in that db?
thanks.

| 1. You can move databases one at a time using the archive/restore
feature. This will move the whole database including the data.
2. You can move a single cube, but only if you register both servers in
Analysis Manager and right-click on the cube from the source system and
copy it, then right-click on a database on the destination server and
paste it in. The cube will bring any dependant objects (like shared
dimensions) with it.
NOTE: this will only move the cubes structure, not the data. So it will
be a relatively quick operation, but you will need to process the cube
before you can query it.
