Analysis Server Installation Problem-Need Help

I have tried to Install Analysis Services from the SQL Server 2000 Standard
Edition CD in any of the OS WIN 2K Server, Prof, XP, 2003. Its not getting
installed.
Its showing the "Setup is preparing the InstallShield(R) Wizard which will
guide you through the rest of the setup process. Please wait." After this
Nothing is coming or reporting. What may be the problem?
