Author Hide Automatic Grouping from the lowest level

I'm running AS 2000 SP4. Have a dimension of Account names (around 340000)
My Dimension is setup as follows

[Account Grouping]
[Account Name]
The customer wants the grouping hidden but the problem I'm having, is when I
attempt to hide the grouping level, the processing fails because there
member names at the [Account Name] level that are not unique.

I have allow Duplicate Names = True at the Dimension Level

Is there a way around this or does every single Account name have to be
unique for this to work?

Regards,

-Troy
