| I am using SQL Server 7.0 OLAP services, as SQL Server 2000 has issues with
Windows XP. However I want to use the Foodmart 2000 datawarehouse with SQL
Server 7.0. Is it possible to import the entire repository along with all the
cubes and dimensions, etc. into SQL OLAP Server?
Please tell me how to do it, if it is possible.
Thanks in advance.

| No, you can't import 2000 cubes back into Olap Services. However Olap
Services 7.0 did come with its own Foodmart sample database.
What issues were you having with SQL Server 2000? I am running the
developer edition on my Win XP laptop and it works fine.

| Thanks a lot for answering..... actually now I have been able to successfully
instal OLAP services of MS SQL 2000 on my computer. The problem was that I
did not install the service packs od sql server and sql server analysis
services. Installing them corrected the various issues...
Thanks and Regards
