SQLXML and IIS Authentication

I have authentication problem on IIS against SQLXML virtual directory. I
use integrated windows authentication and when users with no privilege
try to access that virtual directory IIS reply with 404 file not found
instead of login dialog or 401 no authorization error code. That make
user think the link was broken instead of no authorize result. Has
anyone experience this problem. I'm using windows 2000 server sp 4 and
sqlxml 3.0 sp2.
