Security - Permissions on DB for SQLXMLBULK Load

Hi,
I am using the SQL XML Bulk Load to load in product data and would like a
definitive answer on what is the requirements for security permissions on the
destination db. Obviously the user I am connecting to the db with needs
login permissions but what table permissions does it need - does it need full
select, insert, update, delete permissions on all the tables identified in
the schema?

Thanks, I've looked all over the web and in some books but cannot find a
definitive answer.
