Author Dbase Plus Properties/Positional Increments Setting

My current Properties /Position value will only accept whole numbers with no decimal values. I would like to change it from it's value increment of 1(1 2 3 4 5...) to a decimal value (e.g. 1.025, 3.0012....) If I type in a value of 0.25 it displays a zero
in the Inspector but it's real size is correct at 0.25 on the form. Can it be done?

Thanks,
Larry

You might instead use pixels as the metric for your forms.
