Hi,
apparently the "colornormal" attribute of the rectangle applies only to the "Default" border, not to the "simple" one
did I miss something ????

Michel,

The rectangle.colorNormal property concerns the colour which is used to
fill the rectangle, not the colour used to make the border. It seems to
work fine for me if I make a rectangle with a simple border and chose
blue as the colorNormal. Or, am I misunderstanding your question?
