Convert Dbase 5.1 for DOS to DBASE Windows

| I am looking into the technical feasibility of launching the above conversion.
Will it be smooth port or can I expect lots of code and/or data conversion issues?

It will take some effort, especially if you used the object model in
dBASE 5 for DOS, because it's not really compatible with the Windows
versions. I don't recall that the conversion utilities address these issues.
