NT 4.0 Install problems

I have a clients run time client machine that just popped up a message indicating that the 'trial period' was over.

This is a NT 4.0 SP6 machine that when I went to reinstall the runtime (or full version) gave the error message # 103 that "_setup.dll cannot be found". Can anyone tell me how to remedy this? I got it once before when attempting to install Symantec Anti
virus, Webroot Spysweeper, and now this. Is it an NT issue, or an install disk issue. I have two DB+ master disks and I recall that I needed to install originally from the download version, perhaps for this very reason.
