Sorry, the whiole story is that I built an installer with Scriptmaker and Inno. It is that Setup.exe that errors, after the Runtime 2.61 installer runs.

sorry, third try. It is uinkown what exactly is sending the error message. the install went out silent and i cannot reproduce. Is it Inno? Is it RunTime? I don't know. I'm at a loss.
However, I did build a special install, placing the 4 runtime files into the app folder, sent and ran the Scriptmaker BDE install. Bde is there now but when the user runs the app, there is a "missing registry key" error. I assume that is a botched install
of runtime, but how do I fix without talking a user through regedit (NOT GOING TO HAPPEN).
