| Some problems found:
Scriptmaker after exiting leaves behind a process of some 13,944Kb. Running Scriptmaker a subsequent times and exiting leaves behind others of a similar size. The only way to remove them is to kill the processes.
In the setup section under application the "minimum version" and "only below version" do not mirror the ISTool equivalents. Even entering them by hand produces an error message. The script runs fine in ISTool.
In the icons section mouse double-click to alter the size of the "parameters" heading width causes a "integer overflow" error. The only way to recover is to kill the Scriptmaker process. I have seen this in other sections as well but cannot remember which
ones.
A suggestion:
Add to the BDE section the functionality to change the BDE configuration format settings for DATE FourDigitYear and TIME TwelveHour?

Cant see this error here .... hmmm
Can you send screenshoot if happend for I can see it ...

I use this

Just run Scriptmaker do nothing and then exit. Have a look in the ProcessExplorer and you can see the Sciptmaker process is still in memory.
