Replacing dBase Splash Screen

When Inno replaces the missing Runtime files in deployment the
dBasePlus splash screen is displayed. How can one replace that splash
screen during deployment with another?

Also there appears to be a lengthy period after the installation of
the runtime files and before Inno starts to install the actual
application. This interval is about 10 seconds. Can this be
eliminated or can something be placed on the user's screen to show
that something is going on? Maybe another splash screen?
