Variable undefined: FORM on Citrix Server

Hello,

I have third party software written in DB2K and running fine on local
network. But on Citrix server it gave users the following error day to day ;
"Variable undefined: FORM"
The only fix I am using is asking those users runnning that software on
citrix server to close that application. Then as soon as no one is using
that software, the problem resolve. So I allow user to use that software
again. Menawhile the rest of the user on local network has no effect
whatsoever. Please help, the programmer who wrote that DB2K program cannot
help me. Thank you....
