I did not discovered the solution from the MS side. What is discovered was lots of problems and complains for SP1 with Windows 2003.

Anyway, the problem seems that when runing a service, a Run As Schedule Task or the cmd runas, the login that is made is never "completed". For example, the mapped folders are not "reinicialized".

I did not found a solution in MS (updates, changed configs in several places etc) but i discovered a solution. Instead of using the drive letter for example F:\database i use the path \\192.168.0.1\database.
This works with BDE and dBASE.
