Your paranoid is well justified IF you think as excepted. For example, the operating system Windows Server 2003 or 2003 Web Edition is okay. But if you think as "a MS fan" you will have problems. I ussually disable a lot of features. It becames more stabl
e and more secure. For example, the remote desktop is several services. I disable all. And the IIS... disable all and use apache etc...
