When you install the dBASE runtime engine, is there anyway to prevent
the plusrun.exe.manifest file from being installed?
OR
Is there anyway to rename it during installation (I know I can do that
programmatically in my application).

I have a form that lets users turn it on and off by renaming the file,
but I would like it to start off named something else when the
installation takes place.
