Problem with ProperEntryField

Works nicely, except that I notice that it does not trap <alt> = , but
simply the = key. So if I have an equal sign in my entryfield, it
affects the entire output. Can this be adjusted, or has it already and
am I using an older version?? Also, if I am entering a whole name in the
field, I cannot enter Peter Mackenzie Jones. Either the k is K, or the J
is j.
