Outlook Security Warning and redemption

Hi;
I have a visual 5.7 app that sends automatic emails through MS Outlook (Not
Outlook Express). I am now recieving a Message that says "A Program is
trying to send email on your behalf..." and I have to wait 5 seconds before
I can click yes. It repeats this for each email. Advanced Security Patch for
outlook was eliminating this message, but it doesn't seem to work anymore.
Any idea on how I can eliminate this problem? I have heard that Redemption
will eliminate this security patch as well. Any advice on how to use
Redemption?
