Copying Index Tags to SQL database

Please I have a problem. I have a working desktop version of a software which which relies heavily on indexes. I now want to transfer the application to MySQL database. I have come across several methods of copying the .dbf files to the database, but n
othing yet on how to copy the index files at the same time as the .dbfs are being copies.

Is there any routine out somewhere which can do this easily and in a single pass?
