Hi All,

Well I have one of THOSE problems. My client has been using 5 applications
of mine
for about 2 years on a Windows 2000 server domain using Advantage database.
I
been able to read/write do any thing I want with ADS.
Now the problem. They moved their ADS over to a linux box. So I reset the
ODBC
driver to point to the new server path and now I'm getting a user/password
login from,
I think the BDE. There is no user/password set on the linux box. In my apps
I'm opening
the BDE database with "open database silserverdata". Should I be sending a
blank
user/password. Now the linux box is not part of the domain, it is in it's
own workgroup.

Any thoughts would be of great help!

Thanks
