| After creating my exe and executing it, the format palette shows up on the screen. It's not functional as everything is grayed out. What did I do to have it show up? I'd like to get rid of it.

Check the .ini file entries for your application ... I can't remember
specifically what the entry is right off the top of my fuzzy head this
morning, but you should be able to find it. This is covered in my book,
as well, I believe.
