Search this NG for a subject called "New web site not working"
I was able to get it to work but you will need to turn on all CGI types.

Charlie Lutz, Andrea Agustini and I seem to have a similar problem, see our posts. So I searched every news group including this one and did not find this subject. Any further suggestions on how to locate it?

I know how to do this in Apache, but cannot find any documentation with IIS OLH on my machine or Microsoft's site, where and how is this done in IIS?

I am still working on this problem, I don't have it completely solved
yet. I can get it working if I compile to .exe files instead of .dbw
files. To turn on all unknown cgi applications, you need to open up the
"Manage Application Server", then expand IIS manager, then expand local
computer and click on the web service extensions link. You can toggle
it on and off there.
Hope this helps.
