Apache 2.52 and dbase 2.25

The problem remains. A simple .dbw (just to post a text phrase) and you
press F5 on the IE for few seconds and you get a collection of orphaned os
plusrun.exe in the task manager.
The problem does not happen with apache 1.3x.

I thought this would be solved in a new version of dbase (because only
happens as far i know in v2.21 and v2.25).
