Issue with HP printer

We have to change the OS platform from Windows 98 to windows XP. When I use
the HPLAS260.PR2 driver (dBase IV) for the HP Laserjet 4050 T, it was fully
functioning under Windows 98, but under XP the printer let the 1st line free
and complete not the form.
I use escape codes to select the lettertype and marge settings.
I attach the source of the program.
The purpuse of the program is print in 3 columns 4 stikkers per customer at
the max of 12 rows and start then the next 3 columns till the max of 12
rows.
Is there anyone who can help me with the problem, that the form is not
completed ?
Is there such a driver as hp4050T.pr2 ?
