You are more likely to get an answer if you describe your problem in your
message and
post any attachments in zip format (preferrably in the binaries newsgroup),
which IMO is more common than rar.

You can ask your questions here or in dbase.programming, but attachments
should be posted in dbase.binaries.

If you want a Hex Editor I would use an editable grid. In the dBase Editor it may be difficult to
prevent the user from editing the first and the last column.
