How To Open Form From A Form

Hi there im new at this so can you be kind in any reply you may choose to give. That out of the way here is my question... I am making a database using visual dbase, I have two forms in my project at the moment the default form just has 6 buttons that i have given pictures I would like to click one of these picture buttons and that would open the second form and close the default form, and although I can handle the visual side of things when I select on click in the first form button I have no idea where to go next, any help would be great!
