Report/page header in CRW v 3.0.1.6

Hi,

In the Crystal Reports version that came with dbase 5.5, I can create a
report header when I insert a group section based on e.g. a constant value,
but this report header will always appear below the page header. Does anyone
know how to create a report header that appears above the page header, so
that the page header can be used as such?
