Author keyboard problem on win98 machines

For two years now, one of my customer is using an application I developped.
He is on a win98 machine. He still use a DOS version accounting software, so
he's using ALT+TAB to switch between the two applications.

From there, he's complaining that two three times a day, he have to restart
the computer because the keyboard become unresponsive. We tried to replace
the keyboard, remove some TSR programs but no luck.

Now, I have another application that I developped for another customer
running also win98 and a DOS accounting software and he's complaining about
the same thing for the keyboard.

dBASE vesion 2.6 was used to recompile both applications.

Is there something I'm doing wrong or is it a knowed issue with visual dBASE
?

Regards
