dBASE Bugs - copy to

I am exporting a dbase file using: copy to x.csv delimited with chr(32)

It worked the first time. I got all me fields nicely seperated by commas
with no quotation marks.

Every time since then the fields are delimited be a pair of lower case c's
and commas.

This happens in both 2K and Plus.

Any thoughts?
